Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
