Job Summary

As a Guest Service Agent at Crystal Mountain, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their arrival and departure, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with their arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Present accurate and detailed information about our products and services, including Crystal Mountain and Alterra Mountain Company.
  • Perform basic math calculations and use technical skills to operate Inntopia and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mentor and train team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance criteria.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, supervisors, and other employees.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Inntopia and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
