We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Black Bear Technology Solutions, LLC. This individual will provide expert advice and insight concerning strategic direction and industry standard solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level vision to program/project managers and senior client leadership to influence objectives of complex efforts.
  • This includes utilizing expertise on projects to support the creation of comprehensive methods describing current and future structure and behavior of an organization's processes, systems, personnel, and sub-units.

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • Our ideal candidate will be a former high-ranking military or civilian official with extensive experience in their field.
  • They will have a strong reputation as experts recognized by industry peers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience is required for this role, with additional years of experience being beneficial (Associates = 2 Years experience, Bachelors = 4 Years experience, Masters = 6 Years experience).
  • Minimum of a Secret Clearance is mandatory.

What We Offer

  • An estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 based on qualifications and location.
