Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing work performed in the laboratory section to identify problems and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and other team members to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Coordinate with the Histology department to ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens
  • Develop and maintain technical procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and laboratory services

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift hours, Monday through Friday
  • Rotating weekends
  • No holidays
  • Schedule and hours are negotiable
