Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a school district setting to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and interventions to improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into students' educational programs.
  • Offer consultation and guidance to school personnel on creating supportive environments and adapting activities to meet students' needs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress towards achieving therapy goals and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to the development of educational plans.
  • Educate and support parents/caregivers on strategies to promote carryover of therapeutic gains at home.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
  • Highly competitive compensation $40-$47.

  • W-2 classification w/Weekly Pay.

Interview Process:

10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District. Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
