About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Director to join our team at Elmington Property Management in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry, with a minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire maintenance process for our properties, including ordering supplies, diagnosing problems, and performing service requests.
  • Supervise the workflow for our service staff and delegate workload as needed.
  • Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with residents, coworkers, and vendors.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations.
