Job Summary:
  • Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases
  • Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including catheters and other devices
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their safety during the procedure
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and supplies
  • Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including catheters and other devices
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their safety during the procedure
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document patient information and procedure details in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as radiologic technology or cardiovascular technology
  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
