Case Manager

At CoreCivic, our goal is to provide the highest quality care in institutional settings. We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Case Manager, who will be responsible for providing case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents.

• Collect, organize, and analyze information about individuals during the intake process.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life.
• Prepare and collaborate on various reports and develop case presentations on assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate appropriate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition or release into the community.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience providing case management services is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications or other similar software applications.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
