Addictions Therapist

Oaks Integrated Care is expanding its Addictions team, and we're seeking a skilled Addictions Therapist to support our efforts. As a key member of our team, you will work with adults, children, and families to provide individual, family, and group counseling services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders (SUD) population
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using the NJ intake system
• Promote consumer-driven services and recovery-oriented environment
• Assist individuals and families in making decisions, taking action, and treatment planning
• Referral and linkage to comprehensive case management programs
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate services
• Develop and implement individual recovery plans
• Provide training on relapse triggers and strategies
• Use engagement skills to motivate individuals to access services
• Advocate on behalf of individuals and provide a holistic experience

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed by the State of New Jersey as a LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW
• One year experience working with the behavioral health population
