We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare. This full-time, day shift position involves working every other weekend and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Timely communication with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding significant changes in resident condition.
- Completing all applicable resident assessments and medication administration while adhering to the 5 Rights.
- Performing wound care and assessments as needed, and assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with answering call lights.
- Maintaining accurate resident records through thorough and precise charting.
- A two-year degree in nursing is required, with a four-year degree in nursing being preferred.
- A current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license is mandatory.
- CPR/BLS certification is also required, with at least one year of related work experience being preferred.
- Competitive estimated salary range: $62,000 - $80,000 per year.
