About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, motivating the team, and providing haircut services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Salon Manager in daily operations, including managing salon inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client has a positive experience at our salon.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest haircutting techniques and trends, and provide training to the team.
  • Manage salon finances, including cash handling and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
