About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team at Indee Labs. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our innovative biotechnology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase Research Use Only revenues for our Hydropore Instruments and Device Plates.
  • Business Development: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Sales Planning: Assist in the development of the sales plan, prepare forecasts, and provide KPI reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Land and expand: build a process and funnel for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Evangelism: Evangelize our product and close all deals to start before building out the sales team, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all other team members to further define the product and customer needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead Generation: Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives, providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Partnerships: Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with all customers to start and key customers upon achieving revenue growth, driving long-term business success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 or more years of experience selling laboratory equipment, with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Sales Principles: Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Influence: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Preferred Skills
  • Microfluidics: Interest in or experience with microfluidics.
  • Biology: Background in biology, immunology, and/or cell therapy.
