Position Overview

We are seeking an Education Support Professional to join our team at Family Resource Agency. As a key member of our Early Childhood Program, this role will provide critical support to Head Start classrooms by substituting for teachers, assisting with classroom duties, and working as a third person when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. They must also pass a physical, TB screening, background check, and pre-hire drug screening prior to employment.

Job Responsibilities

- Substituting for teachers in assigned classrooms
- Assisting teachers with classroom duties and supporting lesson plans

Requirements

Compensation

The salary for this position is $12.28 per hour, with potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
