Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process various legal documents, including summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, and pretrial agreements.
  • Coordinate the delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials via mail, fax, or courier services.
  • Cultivate strong communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel through email and phone calls.
  • Receive and place telephone calls efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with ease.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous administrative experience, preferably in customer-facing roles, is necessary.
  • Previous certifications are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.
  • Maintaining strong organization skills and working effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A successful candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
