Position Overview

SAIC is in search of a Senior PMO Analyst to enhance the Business Operations Group (BOG) within ODNI. The selected candidate will leverage their expertise in Project Management Operations, industry standards, business process optimization, and the formulation of standard operating procedures, PMO metrics, roadmaps, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance and control; enforce standards across the project portfolio.
  • Monitor, track, and update the status of program deliverables.
  • Apply processes to ensure the accuracy, validity, and relevance of data.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of PMO documentation and create a repository of project templates to assist Project Managers in both technical and managerial aspects.
  • Develop guidelines for Project Management and training modules.
  • Create technical implementation documentation.
  • Translate business processes into effective workflows and dashboards.
  • Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials for both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies, engaging in the definition, development, and maintenance of engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standards; oversee Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management to ensure adherence to standards and required guidance.
  • Support updates to the IT roadmap.
  • Maintain artifacts related to providing guidance and expertise on the applicability of industry standards and best practices such as ITIL, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, and DevOps.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience in relation to position requirements (Additional experience can substitute for degree: +2 years for associates, +4 years for high school, -2 years for Masters, -4 years for PhD).
  • PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • 14+ years of overall related work experience.
  • 3+ years of recent PMO support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience within an Intelligence Community Agency, preferably ODNI.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
