Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Gateways To Change Inc. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in residential and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home and community-based support to individuals, assisting them with daily living skills and socialization.
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities.
- Assist with toileting, dressing, and hygiene, as well as administer medication as needed.
- Cultivate safe and supportive relationships with individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work independently and collaboratively with staff to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrations, and inspection.
- Criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
