About the Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor, Skilled Nursing Facility, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that high standards of care and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of nursing care to residents, ensuring that it is individualized, effective, and responsive to their needs.
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses and caregivers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting, with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
- Possession of a current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Demonstrated administrative ability, supervisory capabilities, and reliability.
- Good management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
