Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Patient Care and Advocacy
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
    • Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Education and Training
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in patient care.
    • Provide education and training to patients and their families on health-related topics.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED, required.
    • 4-Year Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Experience
    • One year of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification
    • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
    • ENPC, TNCC, or CEN certification, preferred.
    • NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions, required within 3 months of hire.
