Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled Regional Van Truckload Driver to join our team. As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a high volume of predictable power lanes.

Our Regional Van Truckload Drivers enjoy a consistent freight flow, allowing for maximum drive time and less downtime. With a 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, you'll have more time on the road and less time spent loading and unloading.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement preferred.
  • Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
