We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our rehabilitation team at St. David's Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct care to patients, assist with procedures, and serve as a resource to department staff.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
- Assist with lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice.
- Document patient care in the medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Serve as a resource to department staff, students, and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure.
- Associate Degree, Certificate, or Vocational School Graduate.
