Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Perform various medical procedures, including inserting IV lines and administering medications.
- Document patient information and progress in the medical record.
- Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- One year of recent ICU experience or three years of strong acute care experience.
