Key Responsibilities:

  8. Report any issues or concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
  9. Process guest checks accurately and handle payment transactions.
  10. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  11. Participate in training and quality improvement sessions.
Qualifications:

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Preferred one year of experience in a similar role.

Licenses/Certifications:
Must obtain and maintain necessary gaming and liquor licenses as required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to navigate the casino environment, with visual acuity to respond to guest inquiries. Must be capable of standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching.

Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with high noise levels and bright lighting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
