About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and supervise construction projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, buildings, and structures
  • Schedule and coordinate all construction processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with plans, codes, and standards
  • Conduct regular schedule analysis and track project progress using electronic project control and scheduling systems
  • Develop and implement Construction Management Plans, including confirming progress, reviewing issues, and ensuring quality and safety
  • Interface with senior management personnel and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Resident or Assistant Resident Engineer
  • Knowledge of project management software and excellent communication skills
