Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled RN Program Coordinator to join our Cardiovascular Services team at Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and consult with other health team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other health team members as required, and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of service line specific procedures, instrumentation, and implants.
- Assist with specialty equipment and components of case.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Nevada.
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years Cardiovascular experience.
- Current BLS & ACLS certification.
- Point of Care certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Willing to take call/standby in the cardiovascular lab as needed.
