Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will oversee the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and guests. This role involves guiding individuals to their designated locations, notifying team members of guest arrivals, and addressing inquiries related to Golf Pride.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the social hub, the primary common area for employees, including grocery restocking and overall cleanliness.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing events and welcoming visitors to the Global Innovation Center.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Moderate understanding of golf.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in the consumer products sector.
  • Knowledge of swing mechanics, club fitting, and golf terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for engaging with consumers in various settings.
  • Association with the PGA is a plus.
