Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your physical therapy expertise to assess patient conditions, formulate treatment strategies, and support their recovery progress daily. Additionally, guide nursing staff and family members on follow-up programs that enhance the improvements achieved.
  • Relay patient progress or concerns to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and ensure daily posting of charges to patient records.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Educate family members or nursing staff on follow-up care programs.
  • Ensure that equipment and workspaces are kept safe and clean.
  • Execute job responsibilities in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, relevant professional standards, and applicable state/federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
