Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services
• Develop and implement individualized plans for employment, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with clients, employers, and community partners to facilitate successful employment outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the rehabilitation process
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral, or rehabilitative science, or related field
• One year of professional experience in counseling or public vocational rehabilitation
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation for work-related travel
