Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Join our team of dedicated professionals at Calvary Healing Center, a leading provider of addiction treatment services in the Phoenix area and nationwide. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to behavioral health patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also create and implement individualized treatment plans, facilitate group therapy, and provide support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions
  • Provide support to patients and their families
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in counseling or a related field, as well as Arizona State licensure. You will also need to have experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting and be certified in BLS and First Aid. Verbal De-Escalation Training is also required within 30 days of employment.
