Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphics Software Engineer to join our team at W R Systems. As a key member of our GeoNavigation Technologies Division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly optimized software libraries, tools, and APIs for real-time computer graphics and general purpose computing.

Your primary focus will be on improving and developing new and existing software stack, collaborating with hardware engineers to review specifications and verify correctness and efficiency of implementations. You will also communicate with game studios to analyze current real-time rendering, content creation pipelines, and AI technology to identify areas for new development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement highly optimized software libraries, tools, and APIs
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to review specifications and verify correctness and efficiency
  • Analyze runtime performance data collected
  • Critically analyze current real-time rendering, content creation pipelines, and AI technology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related scientific discipline
  • Fifteen (15)+ years of professional experience
  • Background in Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) programming

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
