Subcontracting Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracting Director to join our team at Saliense Consulting LLC.

This role will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of subcontracts, from initial sourcing to closeout. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of subcontracting processes, negotiation skills, and experience in program risk management.

We offer an estimated salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
