This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, focusing on delivering personalized therapy services to children aged birth to 18 years with diverse disabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the clinic or designated programs
  • Educate and train parents on therapeutic techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
  • Perform assessments at various stages, including initial, ongoing, and discharge evaluations

Qualifications:
  • Valid California Physical Therapy license is required
  • Experience in pediatric therapy is advantageous
  • Immunization records and TB test documentation are mandatory
  • CPR certification is preferred

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.


Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, complemented by bi-weekly bonus opportunities.
