Facilities Management Specialist

CareerPaths NW is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and excellent leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of facilities staff, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the facility.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and control facility budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to facility management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, Google Suite, and other tools used in facility management.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
