Job Summary: Facilities Management Specialist

CareerPaths NW is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and excellent leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of facilities staff, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the facility.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Monitor and control facility budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to achieve financial goals.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to facility management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, Google Suite, and other tools used in facility management.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
