Instrumentation Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking an Instrumentation Technician to support our Delaware operations. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing measurement, instrumentation, and electrical equipment, as well as recommending new processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Under guidance, install, repair, and maintain electronic flow computers, temperature transmitters, radios, solar equipment, and pressure transmitters.
  • Under guidance, install, repair, and maintain various types of liquid meters, including Magnetic, Ultrasonic, and Turbine meters.
  • Maintain a routine meter verification/calibration schedule to ensure measurement accuracy according to company policy.
  • Detect measurement errors, document them for production accounting, correct volumes as needed, and provide supporting documentation.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Three years of measurement experience or two years of experience with a college degree or technical training on applicable measurement equipment are preferred.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a field environment, and employees must meet the physical demands described to successfully perform their functions.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
