At Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Buford, GA. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Responsibilities- Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide feedback on patient progress.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
