Glendale, Arizona, United States Soar Autism Center Full time

At Soar Autism Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care for children with autism and their families. We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team of interdisciplinary clinicians.

Job Overview

As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2-6 years in a center-based environment. Your expertise will be essential in developing targeted interventions to enhance clients' gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and performance in other daily activities.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans. Your strong communication skills and passion for supporting the growth and development of children with autism will enable you to forge strong partnerships with families and provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Our clinicians collaborate closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.
