Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their needs.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Current VA Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
