Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Deschutes Brewery. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials and packaged product between our loading dock and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to safely maneuver and stack packaging pallets in our warehouse.
- Assist with preventative maintenance on tractor trailers and trailer movements between multiple docks.
- Support the Packaging and Shipping teams by moving materials and products in a timely and safe manner.
Requirements:
- Current Class A CDL with a clean driving record and clear drug testing record with ODOT.
- Previous experience operating a forklift and safely maneuvering heavy loads.
- Ability to manually lift 35-60lbs and team lift up to 75lbs.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $28.00 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on experience and performance.
- Shift differential of $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 6pm and 6am.
