Job Title: Financial Crimes Quality Control Analyst

At Evolve, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crimes Quality Control Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance program, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of our financial crimes compliance program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Crime Investigations: Review and evaluate financial crime investigations, including anti-money laundering (AML), fraud, and other suspicious activities.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • QC Procedures and Protocols: Develop and implement QC procedures and protocols for financial crime detection and investigation processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on QC findings, including trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify systemic issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to enhance financial crime detection and investigation processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in QC procedures.
  • Training and Development: Assist in developing and delivering training programs on quality assurance and compliance standards.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to financial crimes and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial crimes, compliance, or risk management, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance or audit role.
