Gatehouse Security Guardian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gatehouse Security Guardian to work at our Red Bank, NJ location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents by screening visitors and providing mobile patrol services.

This part-time position offers a competitive estimated salary range of $17.00 per hour and includes benefits such as medical coverage after 60 days and a 401K plan after 1 year.

• Use visitor log software program to screen visitors
• Perform mobile patrols to maintain community safety
• Develop strong relationships with residents and visitors through excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience as a security officer (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (required) - IronRock Security can assist with certification
• Sora 1 card (required)
• Clean driver's record (required)
• Driver's License (required)

The successful candidate will possess strong surveillance and observation skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities.
