Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Pharmacist to join our team at AndHealth. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service to our health center providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including patient management and therapeutic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical guidelines and literature to manage patients' specialty care effectively.
  • Act as a resource for providers and patients to obtain health and drug information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • PharmD or equivalent degree.
  • Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.
  • 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • PPD TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.
  • MMR Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity.
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving.
  • Hep B3 Series.
  • Flu Influenza required.
  • COVID Vaccine required.
