Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

**Job Summary**
Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, conduct thorough health assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in family medicine
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
- Experience in family medicine or primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
