Practice Highlights:
  • Collaborate with medical providers and allied staff to address the behavioral health needs of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine patients.
  • Access to an adult neuropsychologist for additional testing and services.

  • Open to newly licensed behavioral health providers.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with another integrated behavioral health provider to provide behavioral health services to Family Medicine and Internal Medicine patients.
  • Consult with referring providers when appropriate.
  • Treat a variety of patients, including complex patients with comorbidities.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions with a short-term model.
  • Coordinate referral of patients in need of services beyond the scope of integrated behavioral health.
  • Collaborate with other integrated behavioral health providers onsite and across The Corvallis Clinic organization.
  • Work at the top of your licensure while providing excellent behavioral health care to patients.
  • Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various conditions.
  • Practice evidence-based medicine.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients in an integrated behavioral health model.

Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a busy, outpatient clinic preferred.
