  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and report any potential loss prevention issues, working closely with the store management team to implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 18+ Months Retail Experience: Required, with 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and store management.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Required, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of merchandise.
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent standing and walking throughout the store.
  • Hand Use: Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $20.05 - $35.00 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
