We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Family Solutions. This full-time position will involve providing behavioral health assessment and treatment services to Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainees held at Natchitoches Parish Correctional in Natchitoches, LA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for detainees
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with correctional staff and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional liability insurance coverage
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Social Work or Professional Counseling
  • Current licensure as an LCSW or LPC in the state of Louisiana
  • 2+ years of experience in providing behavioral health services, preferably in a correctional setting
