As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will provide vision and leadership to Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding business objectives. You will inspire your team to go above and beyond, cultivating the Arby's spirit in your restaurant.

You will begin accruing PTO after six months of continuous employment, at a rate of 5 per pay period, capped at 130 hours.

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 / year, PLUS monthly bonus potential.

Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to ten (10) hours in length; frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
