Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Prioritizing patient and family needs, creating, implementing, and evaluating care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Delegating tasks effectively and following up promptly to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and develop innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
