Key Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing production standards to optimize equipment and processes, with an emphasis on minimizing downtime and enhancing product quality.
  • Utilizing Lean techniques to boost safety, quality, and productivity, including methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED), and Kaizen.
  • Conducting time-motion studies to establish standardized work processes.
  • Leading projects that apply Six Sigma principles to analyze process flows, improve cycle times, and enhance overall process stability.
  • Monitoring key efficiency indicators and taking proactive measures to enhance line capacity and performance.
  • Providing engineering support for advanced manufacturing technologies aligned with Smart Factory initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within an automated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in layout optimization and conducting time-motion studies.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Pro-E, CREO, or AutoCAD.
