Facilities Maintenance Associate

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Rose Associates Inc. in New York City.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a High School diploma or equivalent and/or previous experience in a similar role.
- Will be able to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
- Will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the property's common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and recreation spaces, outdoor grounds, and landscaping.
- Assist in snow and ice removal during inclement weather.
- Collect and dispose of trash from common areas.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
