About the Role:- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Lead by example and demonstrate expertise in clinical practice, teaching, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- BSN degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
