Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments to determine physical limitations and functional challenges.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercises aimed at improving mobility and alleviating pain.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques and self-care practices for effective at-home management.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional education.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Washington.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations is a plus, but not essential.
